‘STATEMENT OF TRUTH & FACTS’

‘UNALIENABLE (God-given) SOVEREIGN RIGHTS’.

‘We are all created equal with Unalienable (Sovereign) Rights bestowed onto us by the universal Creator (i.e. God or Source of all life). These are our divine (God-given) Rights which are ‘superior’ to all ‘man-made’ laws (known as CORPORATE statutes, rules & regulations).

Our Sovereign Rights can never be given away or taken away (voluntarily or involuntarily) without our (expressed) CONSENT. However, although we cannot lose our Rights, it can be abused if we choose not to exercise them.

Therefore, as ‘natural, flesh & blood, living sentient beings’ (i.e. men & women), we are free to independently make our own choices for our lives - providing we do not knowingly cause harm or injury to others. Hence, we are not governed by anyone or anything, but by our own CONSCIENCE.

This makes us Sovereign (natural, flesh & blood, living, sentient) Beings.

A country’s CONSTITUTION is a list of Rights we already have. Therefore, LAWS created by Governments are Not Rights, but CORPORATE Statutes, Rules & Regulations... which do not ‘lawfully’ apply to us, unless they are ‘offered’ (with full, frank & honest disclosure) and we choose to ‘ACCEPT or give our CONSENT.’ Therefore, by simply saying ‘I DO NOT ACCEPT or I DO NOT CONSENT’ - means your Right to reject or refuse any offer, must be honoured and respected.

The fundamental rules of Common Law - i.e. the true Laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland which states… ‘if you cause no harm, injury or loss to another flesh & blood living man or woman; there is no fraud in your transactions and you do not breach the peace … you are FREE to do as you please’. This therefore, gives me the inherent right & freedom to engage and trade with whom ever I choose throughout the world… In the spirit of

(4). The Herbalist Charter of Henry VIII, 1543 A.D

(5). The Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948

(6). The United Nations: Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples 2007

In agreeing to the Terms of Service (for avoidance of doubt) - I must make it absolutely clear that –

• As the creator of GRAMMA'S, my intention is to impart the truth about the products, benefits and health information; and not to mislead, act irresponsibly or exploit the vulnerable.
• To continue purchasing GRAMMA’S products, you will need to -

(1). become a Private Member and

(2). ‘complete and return’ the hard copy of GRAMMA’S Declaration of Truth’, (which you will receive by post) within 14 days of receipt.

(Based on NATURAL LAW; the Divine Laws of Life & Nature).

[I] have deliberately stepped out of the 'deceptive & manipulative commercial arena', in order to embrace and serve our universal family as the Creator intended... not only to enhance your quality of life, but also enable you to become the 'true Sovereign Master' of your own life and destiny. Therefore, the only LAWS we are bound by are 'The Divine Laws of Life & Nature (i.e. God's Divine Laws)... based on conscious 'LOVE & TRUTH', which are superior to all man-made laws.

Consenting to this Declaration of Truth, creates 'a LAWFUL Mutual Agreement' between US (meaning You’ a Private Member & ‘i’ - the Creator / founder 'Dounne:Alexander'); to provide you with GRAMMA'S products now and in the foreseeable future. Thereby, allowing you to fully exercise your 'Unalienable Sovereign Rights'.

In addition - I also wish to make it clear that unlike harmful 'man-made' synthetic medications, synthetic supplements & synthetic or genetically engineered (GM) foods; I follow the fundamental 'DIVINE LAWS of Life & Nature' as handed down by 'the Universal Creator'... to consciously DO NO HARM or INJURY to any of our universal family (including animals and the environment).

Therefore, IF...

(1). You believe that the Divine Creator in His/Her wisdom, purposely infused healing properties into plants and other natural materials to restore, enhance and maintain 'good health' throughout your life.

(2). You believe in the freedom-to-choose & the right-to-decide what you wish to eat, drink or medicate for yourself and for those in your care (i.e. Unalienable Sovereign Rights or Right of Autonomy & Free Will Choice).

(3). You wish to learn about the Creator's gifts & blessings and how to heal yourself naturally (i.e. Unalienable Sovereign Rights or Right of Autonomy & Free-Will Choice).

(4). You are willing to take control and full responsibility for your own body, health & life, based on informed choice and consent (i.e. Unalienable Sovereign Rights or Right of Autonomy & Free Will Choice).

(5). And even IF: you do not believe in a Divine Creative Source (i.e. God), but do believe that you have the right-to-choose what is best for your own life, health and wellbeing (i.e. Unalienable Sovereign Rights or Right of Autonomy & Free Will Choice).

Then, i and (and the men & women supporting GRAMMA'S and GRAMMA’S For Life - PMA) are happy to share our knowledge and provide products for your own private enjoyment and healthcare needs.

I confirm that I have read the Terms of Service in its entirety and understand that by consenting, it gives me the right to exercise my Unalienable Sovereign Rights to take full control and responsibility for my life, healthcare needs and choices.

I agree that the details I provide to make my 'first order’ will form part of the digital version of the Declaration of Truth, so that it can be processed.

* If I or my pet(s) have a serious health concern - I agree to provide a signed letter confirming the condition from my DOCTOR, HEALTH PRACTITIONER, HOSPITAL or VET, (preferably on headed paper) upon request within 14 working days

I agree to COMPLETE & RETURN pages 7 & 8 of the hard copy version of the DECLARATION FORM ('Declaration of Truth') within 14 days of receiving my 'first' order, using the stamped addressed envelope provided. I understand that failure to do so, may result in my account being temporarily disabled until the Declaration is received, which can be returned via email or by post.If returning the Declaration by mail, the information on both pages must be legible and clearly visible on the page

I hereby agree with the ‘Terms of Service’ (and digital 'DECLARATION OF TRUTH') and give my consent to order GRAMMA'S products, as well as, receive important health news and information now and in the foreseeable future…

I understand that I can stop whenever I choose.

2. Complete GRAMMA'S for Life (PMA) Member Form.

3. Complete and return the Declaration Form ('Declaration of Truth') - which you will receive with your first order. Note: to continue purchasing GRAMMA'S products your Declaration Form must be received.

4. Follow GRAMMA'S for Life's 'lawful terms'.

From then onwards, making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any item(s) that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Cards we accept:

We accept credit and debit card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, your order and your credit / debit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may provide your credit / debit card information via phone.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, once your order has been despatched. We have included this term to protect us in case a mistake has been made in pricing; we have inadvertently under-priced goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will use our best endeavours to contact you first to make you aware of these changes.
